​How many guests can Hawthorn HillS host?

Up to 230 seated indoors - that's with room for dance floor, buffet, bar and more of course! Our ceremony site seats the same amount.

We do allow tenting on property for events as well for larger events.

​How long do we have access to the venue?

Our standard wedding venue rental is 13 hours from 11 am - Midnight.
We do also offer limited half day venue rentals (8 hours) and micro-weddings for our couples that have an elopement vision in mind.

Is Hawthorn Hills an animal/pet friendly venue?

Our team loves animals! We’ve had many furry friends on site for ceremony and cocktail hours and would love you to incorporate yours.

Just be sure to plan for them to have a stress free day too - they will need a companion by their side, to remain leashed and cannot enter the building.

Are there hotels nearby/transportation?

So many hotel options! Within 10 minutes there are 9 options as well as VRBO/ Air BNB for more intimate options.
Many transportation companies service our area as well with options from limos and cars to large passenger coach buses.

Do I need to hire security?

Security is already built into all of our packages so don’t worry about an added cost here!
​If you choose to extend your celebration for a longer time you will need to extend their time as well.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Hawthorn Hills venue is designed so all your family and friends can celebrate with you.
Indoors you will find no stairs or split-levels to navigate, ensuring everyone can go into all rooms.
​Outdoors we have a sidewalk that sways down the hillside all the way to our ceremony site which also has plenty of room to navigate around.

What is parking like?

Parking is free, on-site and (the best part) tucked behind the venue closest to the road. Which means NO accidental drive-bys, or last minute guests being noticed while you’re saying your “I Dos”.

Do you have payment plans?

When you book with us your package total will be divided into 4 equal payments. The first retains your date and makes it official. The other 3 are staggered between booking and your date.
If your date is less than 6 months away you may have less payments due to the timeline.

Is there a fee for bringing in your own vendors?

Absolutely not! Simply have them send us their COI and they’ll be all set.
