Couples are still surrounded by their closest people, but with far less pressure and formality, which allows the day to feel more relaxed and intentional. I’ve also been seeing a rise in vintage-style wedding cakes, which add so much character and charm to the celebration!

BONUS: What’s your favorite wedding moment you’ve witnessed?

In general, I LOVE the ceremony. It’s emotional & beautiful and I love to capture the couple and their guests during that time just witnessing such an amazing moment.

Specifically, I shot a wedding in 2025 where as soon as the dance floor opened, every single guest was there with the couple in the middle and you could just feel the love and happiness as they celebrated the bride & groom and had so much fun! It was just pure smiles from every single person and the couple was BEAMING!
