Our event venue can accommodate groups from 20 up to 250 indoors when seated at our round banquet tables, and we do allow tenting and outdoor activities on the ranch.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many attendees or guests can we have?
Indoors our event venue can be designed to accommodate from 20 up to 250 guests when seated at our in house round banquet tables. If you plan to include dancing, bands, etc. we do recommend no more than 230 for plenty of fun.
Planning a smaller intimate event? Don't worry! We are able to accommodate groups indoors by separating the room into a more appropriate sized area so that you can your guests can enjoy and feel comfortable. The smallest group we recommend indoors would be no less than 20. Outdoors our courtyard is available as well as on-site tenting on the property for outdoor or larger events. Planning a private meal? Our courtyard and lawn that sits below strung lights are very popular to provide a relaxed. private setting with sunset views and indoor amenities within steps. Please inquire and tell us about your event for more details. |

How is food and alcohol handled?
With the venue only rental you are welcome to choose the perfect caterer for your event. Need recommendations? We are happy to send you local professionals who fit your vision and theme.
Once you have chosen your caterer simply send us their information, COI and food handler permits. With the inclusive packages catering is included with our local catering partners keeping your planning simple and easy. From there you can choose from menu options, or elevate your guests experience with a custom menu designed by you and the Chefs. Alcohol must be served by inhouse bartenders or those on our approved list. This service is included in our inclusive packages for you. You may provide what you would like to be served prior to the event or you can choose an inclusive bar package from our bartending partners and they will take care of it for you. |
Is parking available?
Absolutely! Onsite parking is available at the ranch at no cost. To keep the view and ambiance perfect for your event our parking lot is located between the back of the venue and Jackson Road.
Handicap parking is also available onsite, on the west side of the building.
Having a food truck or mobile dessert vendor? We have plenty of options and an area designed just for that experience located with our lawn covered in strung lights.
