Yes! This wedding venue rental package allows you to bring in your own insured caterer.

How long is the venue rental for?
When you rent a full day at Hawthorn Hills there are 13 hours of access included from 11 am - Midnight.
If you'd like additional time to get ready, set up your wedding etc. you can easily add additional time to do so.
Our half day wedding venue options are for 8 hours of access.

can we still use the venue decor?
Absolutely! Anything from our in-house decor catalog is free for our couples to use with any of our venue packages.
This includes whiskey barrels, boxwood backdrop, barn door backdrop (both movable of course), and table top decor from vases to lanterns.

What is ALWAYS included in your venue rental?
You and your guests have private access to the indoor venue, hillside courtyard and acres of stunning views for the perfect photo backdrop. Before your special day, you will have a meeting with one of our professional team members to discuss your vision for layout and choice of table cloths. When you arrive for the day your tables and chairs will be set and ready for your personal touches, complete with any décor or linens you have reserved with us. Our team is dedicated to making your day as stress free as possible. The open floorplan with large windows will allow every guest to experience each moment with you and make memories to last a lifetime. You never have to worry about hidden costs, we provide you all the information from day one - even the security officer is built into our base rates. This package allows you to bring in your own wedding professionals with no added vendor fees. |

Yes! We can customize your wedding day with our 8 or 13 hour rental options even with our inclusive venue packages that have catering built in.
Does the inclusive venue package include tablecloths in a variety of colors?
Our inclusive venue packages do include tablecloth choices in ANY color you would like.
We partner with local small businesses who specialize in rental inventory so you can browse the options when onsite and we will coordinate all the back-end rental, delivery, setting the linens before you arrive to the venue and we'll take care of getting them back.

Do we get to choose the catered menu?
Of course! The professionally catered meal include your choice between 5 different option.
With this venue package you will select the main option, then narrow down some specifics within each option - have a favorite side dish? Great!

This Venue Package includes:
During planning you'll meet with our team for a details and layout session where we will help you go through all the main points of the day. This is when you can choose the colors of your tablecloths, set up your décor and ask all the questions. You'll enjoy a tasting with local chefs to choose the catered meal of your choice.
The event staff will take care of the room and décor set-up, saving you hours of work. They will also bus tables, take out the trash and MORE. At the end of the night, the clean-up crew will take care of things so you can be on your way and think back on what an incredible day it's been. The pricing for this catered and staffed package is based on the day of the week and guest count. It already includes the venue rate - so no need to add that in! |

We are able to help coordinate any of the above vendors as well, but from years of experience we want you to feel confident and happy with your custom vision and those are very personal choices.
You may also want to consider something fun like a pet sitter, churro or coffee cart, dessert food truck or live music!

This venue package includes all the reasons why couples feel relaxed on their day and that our team keeps planning easy. As your vendors arrive our team will direct them to the correct area for set up, ensuring every part of your vision plays out perfectly. When your guests arrive, they will have no idea that the smiling faces welcoming them have been there planning with you, exchanging emails and pouring over all the details with you two. As they enjoy the hors d'oeurves you chose for them they will smile and enjoy the view (of course we mean watching you two - but also the sunset). Before dinner is served your guests will have "oo'd" and "ahh'd" over all the details you decided on.
After dinner is served our leads will keep your timeline on track so that you don't miss a moment, but you never check the time. Once your cake has been enjoyed, the last dance move made and your final kiss goodbye is finished our team will take care of the clean up. Just soak in the moment, the joy and the perfect day you two planned for! |
