Then you take her up the walkway to the venue where inside waits all of your family and friends and the most beautiful decor, floral, food and cake you could imagine. Masculine & Elegant Style

Who says an elegant event can't be full of warm or masculine touches? This is a fantastic example of thinking outside the box for that sexy & romantic feel while incorporating some warm fall or winter tones. Brandi McComb Photography worked with our team for this surprise engagement shoot in January in Denton Texas and the outcome was absolutely stunning as you will see.
An elegant color scheme of black, red and gold set the tone for this engagement party in North Texas. The florals were flawless with unique ranch styles that provide a texture & height to the tables without obstructing view of other guests. Balanced with lanterns and garland the room had a candle lit dinner feel with a beautiful display of hors d’oeuvres and stunning cake sitting in the corner. Treasured Blossom Flower Market did a fantastic job bringing a creative & unique twist to such a timeless color scheme.

Food too Beautiful to Eat!

Catering by Christy from Denton Texas displayed a gorgeous array of fruit & cheese not lacking any garnishes or elegance. Choosing a caterer many focus on quality & taste – obviously important but when a professional can continuously provide a display to wow your guests that’s a winner! Your buffet or hors d’ouevres shouldn’t be an eye sore you have to stick in the corner out of view from the cameras. Rather take the opportunity to spice it up – use it to your advantage to double as décor and a centerpiece in your event.
Talking about focal points- can you believe this gorgeous cake? Tasty Cakes created a marbled fondant complete with geode feature almost looks too good to be true. How about that bottom tier of gold sequins though? It creates a beautiful contrast and break between the black tablecloth and dark marbling top tiers allowing the cake to pop.

Something for The Men

Okay guys- if you were planning a surprise proposal complete with a dinner party to follow wouldn’t you think a scotch & cigar bar? Something for the groom to be that isn’t ordinary reminds you that the celebration is for the both of you. Cigars historically are used in times of celebration or after a win of sorts and it isn’t uncommon for friends and family to mark a special occasion with such an item. For those who prefer a toast however these chocolate shot glasses are fantastic. Whether it’s a coffee liquor or scotch in a high ball glass your guests will feel the elevated status of the moment and will surely enjoy them.

We love being located on rolling hills just outside of Denton, it allows our couples to soak in the view and atmosphere even in the middle of winter. Having a modern finished venue allows our clients & couples the opportunity for an indoor event with a gorgeous view even during the dreary months of the year. Winter weddings may not be the most popular in Texas, but the day of this the sun was warm and shining which allowed us to set up outdoor seating and games during the party. Our team believes that our wedding & event venue should offer much more than a simple rental to our clients. Every once in a while, like this we really get the opportunity to be involved in the design and planning.
